1. Agreement
By using Embergrove Guitar, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Educational content
Our courses provide general educational guidance for acoustic guitar practice. You remain responsible for choosing an appropriate instrument, practice environment, and pace.
3. Accounts and browser tools
The current sign-in panel is an interface demonstration. Fallows and Cart data are stored locally in your browser and may be lost if browser storage is cleared.
4. Purchases and communication
Catalog prices and cart totals are displayed for review. A real order is not submitted by the demo checkout modal. Contact our team for current availability and purchase instructions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected materials for commercial redistribution, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
6. Intellectual property
Embergrove Guitar owns or licenses the site design, course writing, teaching frameworks, and brand assets. We grant no transfer of ownership through browsing or purchasing.
7. Availability and limits
We work to keep information accurate, but the website may change or become temporarily unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embergrove Guitar is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the site.
